We at Peeping-T are happy to exchange your refund your order within 30 days of receiving your goods.
What is your returns policy?
- Refund items returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Offer free returns (UK Customers only) and full refund including original postage*
- Accept goods in original packaging with tags and hygiene strips in tact.
- On receipt of goods, refunds will be made within 7 business days.
- Exchange unwanted items received after the 30 day period with a gift card. Subject to item meeting the above criteria.
- Not deduct any hidden charges from your refund**
*Where part of an order is returned there is no refund/partial refund of the postage.
**Note any fees incurred due to refusal of a parcel or if an item requires redelivery due to incorrect address details provided, we may apply a return fee of 15% of the cost of your order.
How do I return an item for a refund or exchange?
To arrange a return or exchange please complete the online returns form to receive your unique Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
Please do not return items without a RA number or your parcel may be returned.
For exchanges please state the new items model name, size and colour on the form.
We recommend you contact customer service to hold the item you wish to replace so it does not sell out while we await your package.

PayPal 'Return with us' Reimbursement service
How it Works;
Made your purchase via PayPal? Whether you purchased from the UK or anywhere in the world, PayPal will cover up to 12 returns on eligible PayPal purchases*. PayPal will reimburse the cost to return your item up to the value of £15 / $30 / €30 / per refund request. This is a free service so sign up today.
1. Return your item
Follow our returns instructions above and complete the online returns form. Return your item using a traceable delivery service and retain your receipt as proof of purchase; you'll need this for step two.
2. Submit a Refund Request
Log into your PayPal account, select the purchase you returned and click on “Request return shipping refund”. Submit the return shipping request form, along with proof of your return within 30 days.
3. Receive your refund
If your claim is approved PayPal will send you a refund of up to the value of £15 / $30 / €30 to your PayPal account within 10 business days.*

Collect Plus - Uk Customers only
We offer free returns to customers based within the UK by using Collect+ (Plus). UK Customers will receive a free returns label once they have followed the process above by completing the returns form online. You will require a printer in order to print the label and place on your package. Collect+ returns make it hassle free to return goods without those post office queues. Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of your returned order for your account to be credited as bank payment processes do vary.
2. Receive your Returns Label
On receipt of completing the returns form you will receive your returns label and instructions on how and where to return. Be sure to obtain a copy of your return receipt.
3. Receive Your Refund
Once your parcel has been received (usually within 3 working days). and the item(s) returned are in line with our returns policy, you will receive a refund confirmation via email. Please allow up to 7 working days for funds to clear into your bank account.
International Customers - Paid by Card/Apple Pay
international customers who paid by credit/debit card or Apple Pay are required to pay for the cost of returning goods to us using a traceable delivery service.
To arrange a return simply read our returns policy above, followed by;
1. Return your item
Follow our returns instructions above and complete the online returns form. Remember to keep a copy of your return shipping receipt sent via email.
2. Choose your delivery method
Arrange for your item to be returned using a traceable delivery service. Obtain a copy of your receipt as your proof of purchase.
3. Receive Your Refund
Once your parcel has been received (dependent on your destination and delivery method used) and the item(s) returned are in line with our returns policy, you will receive a refund confirmation via email. Please allow up to 7 working days for funds to clear into your bank account.
When will my refund be processed?
On receipt of your returned order, please allow up to 7 business days for your account to be credited as bank payment processes do vary country to country.
Are they any items not eligible for a return?
The following items are not available for a return or exchange.

- Lingerie Bodies and Teddies*
- Gift Voucher/Cards
- Personalised Items
*Due to hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned.
I have received a damaged/faulty/incorrect goods, what do I do?
Damaged or faulty goods should be reported within seven days of receipt of goods. Please notify firstname.lastname@example.org where we will work with you to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
