Full Price and Sale Items Returns Policy
We will:
- refund or exchange items returned to us within 90 days of receiving your order.
- accept goods in original packaging with tags and hygiene strips in tact.
- process refund requests within one working day.
- exchange unwanted/unworn items received after the 90 day period with a gift card. Subject to item meeting the above criteria.
- not deduct any hidden charges from your refund**
Can I return sale items?
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
How do I return an item for a refund or exchange?
To arrange a return or exchange, please complete the online returns portal to receive your unique Returns Authorisation (RA) number. For exchanges please state the new items model name, size and colour on the form so that we can process your exchange once your returned goods have been received and inspected. Exchanges can be made more than once on the same order and we will offer free shipping on your first exchange request only.
NOTE: If you wish to receive your item sooner, place a new order and we will ship this out to you.
Do you offer free returns?
UK Customers
Customers based within the UK will receive a free returns label generated by Collect+ (Plus) a hassle free returns service without those post office queues. Once you have completed the online returns portal, a returns label will be emailed to you to print. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your label.
You will receive a refund confirmation via email once goods have been received. Please allow up to 14 business days for funds to clear into your bank account.
Worldwide Customers
International customers, currently you will be required to return goods at your own cost. Wherever possible use a traceable service to track your parcel. Once your item has been received and approved for a refund or exchange under our returns policy, You will receive a refund confirmation via email. Please allow up to 14 business days for funds to clear into your bank account.
The Try Out Services Return Policy
We will:
- refund or exchange items returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- provide a free prepaid returns label and resealable bag with your order
- accept goods in original packaging with tags and hygiene strips in tact.
- process refunds (including insurance cover where applicable) within one working day.
I've ordered via the 7 Day try-out service, How do I make a return?
Each Try-Out box will come with a prepaid returns label and resealable bag. You can drop off your parcel at Hermes Parcel Shop or 24/7 locker. To locate your nearest store or locker click here. Once an order has been received, we will send you notification and where applicable, issue a refund using the same method of payment. For information on how to return using a locker click here.
I need to extend my 7 day try-Out Period what do I do?
What happens if I miss the return due date?
If you do not return one of the sizes, you will be required to pay a late fee for everyday the product is late, up to the full price value of the product. In order to avoid this charge, your Try-Outs will need to be postmarked (on its way back to Peeping-T) by the sixth full day after delivery –we’ll send you an email reminder so you don’t forget. If your Try-Out period ends on a weekend or holiday, just drop it in the mail on the next available day. Our pre-paid return labels are only valid until the returned due date, therefore, you will be liable to also pay to return your order back to us.
