Order Enquiries

How do I place an order?

Ordering online from Peeping-T is easy. When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can review the items in your Cart at any time by clicking on the Cart’ text in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping bag, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and pay for your order. After your order has been placed you will receive two emails. The first will be your order confirmation, confirming the items you have ordered. Be sure to check all information is correct. The second email will be your delivery confirmation email confirming your order has been dispatched.

How do I checkout online?

Once you have placed your order simply click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will then be prompted to enter your contact details and preferred shipping address. Note you can choose a different shipping address from your billing address. (A billing address is where your card is registered e.g. your home address) Next, choose your preferred delivery option and add any additional information regarding your order e.g. a gift message or shipping instructions. Use the Promo box to enter any discount codes or credit vouchers. Finally, you will then be asked to enter your card details to complete payment. Once your card has been authorised successfully, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order.

I've just place an order, where is my confirmation email?

Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply send an email to our Customer Care team at customercare@peepingt.com

I am unable to place an order, what can I do?

We are more than happy to manually process your order for you via phone or PayPal, in the event of any technical difficulties you may experience. Simply send an email to orders@peepingt.com with a screen shot of the items you wish to purchase.If an error message occurs at checkout, this may be due to a credit/debit card problem, or a defect with the shipping or billing address you are trying to use. To fix this error, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. If the error message keeps re-occurring, please email our Customer Care team at customercare@peepingt.com

Did you receive the order I just placed?

After you place your order on peepingt.com, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once it has been processed. Once the item has been shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation and instructions on how to track your delivery. Please note that we process all orders within 24 hours, exceptions are made where orders are placed during the weekend or UK bank holiday period.

Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

It is only possible to make a change to your order prior to goods being dispatched. We aim to process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our customer care team at customercare@peepingt.com with your change/cancellation request details included in the email. This will minimise the processing delay with your order due to the changes.

How can I update my delivery address?

It is only possible to make a changes to your delivery address prior to goods being dispatched. Any changes to a delivery address please email us at customercare@peepingt.com Changes to your shipping address can only be made if your order has not been shipped.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.You will be able to track your order on our site, all you need is your email address and order number. How can I update my delivery address?

RETURNING GOODS Enquiries

How can I return an item?

To arrange a return or exchange, please complete the online returns portal to receive your unique Returns Authorisation (RA) number. For exchanges please state the new items model name, size and colour on the form so that we can process your exchange once your returned goods have been received and inspected. Exchanges can be made more than once on the same order and we will offer free shipping on your first exchange request only. 


 NOTE: If you wish to receive your item sooner, place a new order and we will ship this out to you straight away.


Can I return a sale item?

Returns and exchanges are available on sale items, however, exceptions apply. Please refer to our returns policy for further details.

Are There Any Items That Cannot Be Returned

The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts: 
  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised. 
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

How Do I Return An Item For A Refund Or Exchange?

Do You Offer Free Returns?

UK Customers 

 Customers based within the UK will receive a free returns label generated by Collect+ (Plus) a hassle free returns service without those post office queues. Once you have completed the online returns portal, a returns label will be emailed to you to print. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your label.You will receive a refund confirmation via email once goods have been received. Please allow up to 14 business days for funds to clear into your bank account.


Worldwide Customers 

International customers, currently you will be required to return goods at your own cost. Wherever possible use a traceable service to track your parcel. Once your item has been received and approved for a refund or exchange under our returns policy, You will receive a refund confirmation via email. Please allow up to 14 business days for funds to clear into your bank account.

TRY-OUT SERVICES - Ordering

What is the 7 Day Try-Out service?

This service offers customers the option to add a back up size to their order to try on and determine the best fit, without the need to pay for both sizes. Whichever size fits you keep, the other size must be returned within 7 days.

How does it work?

Start browsing online and add your favourite items to your cart. First choose your preferred size e.g. size medium then select your back up size e.g. large. Your cart will now save both sizes for checkout, where you will be charged for your preferred size along with a small insurance fee against your back up size. Your order will be shipped to you free of charge. Once your order has arrived you'll have 7 days to try on both sizes. Whichever size fits you keep and just return the other using the prepaid returns label and resealable bag that comes with your order. If you choose to keep one of the sizes we will credit you with a refund of the insurance fee.

Can you help me pick up styles that would be suitable?

What products are available for try-outs?

A large variety of styles are available as part of our try-out services. To see what is available, click the Try-Out link at the top of our page to browse options from our swimwear, beachwear and ready to wear collections.

The product I want Does not have a back up size option

Not to worry, if a style does not offer a free back up size this could be due to there being only one size in stock or the service for that item is not offered. If in stock, you can still place an order. If it doesn’t fit you can still return where applicable* Our personal stylists are also on hand for fit advice prior to ordering and part of our after sales service. Are there any products not part of the Try-Outs service?

Currently we are unable to offer this service for accessories e.g. belts, bags, towels etc. homeware or lingerie e.g. panties, bodysuits, slips. Bras are available as part of our try-outs services. They will be some products that will not be available due to limited or no stock available.

I ordered another Try-Out order. What is the delay? 

We send Try-Out orders one at a time. If you are already trying on some styles with us we’ll ship your new order once we receive your current loaned items.

How long do I have to try on the product?

Loaned products must be returned within 7 days. If the product on loan is the size you wish to keep, then you must return the other size within 7 days. If you keep both sizes you will be charged a late fee for everyday the loaned product is late, up to an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the retail value. You must ensure you return at least one of the sizes within those 7 days as the pre-paid label is only valid until the returned due date.

Can I order more than one back up size? 

Currently you can add one back up size per style and up to three per order. If your order exceeds three styles we will notify you and send out the back up sizes for the first three products unless otherwise stated. The remaining back up size will be kept on hold until you return the loaned products within 7 days. 

TRY-OUT SERVICES - Payment & Shipping

How does payments work?

During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide a valid credit or debit card before completing your order. You’ll pay for your main size and the back up size will be free of charge. The service includes an insurance charge of £9 or £12 per item - which covers postal insurance both ways. This will be automatically deducted from the cost of any purchases kept.

I thought the Try-Out size was free, why do I need to pay Insurance? 

The service includes an insurance charge of £9 per item for products under £150 and £12 for items over £150, which covers postal insurance both ways. This charge will be automatically deducted from the cost of any purchases kept.

Are the Products that are shipped, clean and safe to try-on? 

All our items are throughly inspected for damage, and cleanliness before returning to stock. Items that are returned in sellable condition will be quarantined for 4 days before returning to stock and available to purchase online.

When will my order arrive? 

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving notification and will take up to 2 working days for your order to be delivered. Where an order is placed on Friday or over the bank holiday, your order will be shipped the next available working day.

I need my order urgently, can I get Next Day delivery? 

Yes, just choose express delivery at checkout before 3pm Monday to Thursday and we will send your order out to you via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (before 1pm). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next working day.

TRY-OUT SERVICES - Try-out period & Returns

When does My 7 days Try-Out period start?

Your try-on starts from the day you receive your order. A notification on the day your trial starts and ends will be sent via email from customercare@peepingt.com. We will send you reminders so you don’t forget.

How do I Make a return?

Each Try-Out box will come with a prepaid returns label and resealable bag.You can drop off your parcel at Hermes Parcel Shop or 24/7 locker. To locate your nearest store or locker click here. Once an order has been received, we will send you notification and where applicable, issue a refund using the same method of payment.For information on how to return using a locker click here.

How do you swap a style?

 As part of the Try-Outs service, customers can request one free swap. If you wish to swap a current loaned style with another, simply email customercare@peepingt.com with your order number and new product including size and colour.

Can I take the tags off?

We ask that you don’t cut off the tags or remove hygiene strips, just in case you decide to return your order. If a style does not fit or suit you, do contact us and we’ll be happy to help you find the right style and fit. Email: hello@peepingt.com or call/WhatsApp Us on:+44(0)738 0399373

What happens if I miss the return due date?

If you do not return one of the sizes, you will be required to pay a late fee for everyday the product is late, up to the full price value of the product. In order to avoid this charge, your Try-Out order will need to be postmarked (on its way back to Peeping-T) by the sixth full day after delivery –We’ll send you an email reminder so you don’t forget. If your Try-Out period ends on a weekend or holiday, just drop it in the mail on the next available day. If you need more time you can extend by a few days just email us at customercare@peepingt.com

I live outside the UK, can I use this service?

 At this time we only offer this service within the UK including Northern Ireland and Scotland. The Card holder must be a UK resident to access this service. If you are an existing customer living outside the UK, and would like to access this service please contact Emma at: customercare@peepingt.com

What if I changed my mind about the size I kept?

 Your purchase will be covered under our fully paid returns policy.Fully paid products can be returned within 90 days from date received for a full refund. We will reimburse you using the same method of payment. You will need to complete an online returns request form and return using a traceable delivery method.Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to reflect on your statement.

Stock Enquiries

What if an item is sold out in my size?

Our items can sell out within hours and we are not always able to restock them. However we are happy to approach the designer if there is a particular item your are interested in purchasing. Simply contact us at customercare@peepingt.com. Sale items are rarely restocked and may not return once sold out.

Do you have a size chart?

We have a size guide for you to follow on each of the product pages. If you have specific questions about an item , please contact customercare@peepingt.com.

Can I purchase your items in store?

PEEPINGT.COM is an online only boutique. We’ve taken the hassle out of 'shopping till you drop' so that you can shop from the comfort of your own home 24/7 and deliver right to your door at the click of a button.
