How do I place an order?
Ordering online from Peeping-T is easy! When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can review the items in your Bag at any time by clicking on the ‘Bag’ icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping bag, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and pay for your order. After your order has been placed you will receive two emails. The first will be your order confirmation, confirming the items you have ordered. Be sure to check all information is correct. The second email will be your delivery confirmation email confirming your order has been dispatched.
How do I checkout?
Once you have placed all your orders, simply click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will then be prompted to enter your contact details and preferred shipping address. Note you can choose a different shipping address from your billing address. (A billing address is where your card is registered e.g. your home address) Next, choose your preferred delivery option and add any additional information regarding your order e.g. a gift message. Enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you may want to use in the 'Promo' field. Finally, you will then be asked to enter your card details to complete payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order.
I’ve just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?
Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply send an email to our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org
I’m unable to place my order. What do I do?
We are more than happy to manually process your order for you via phone or PayPal, in the event of any technical difficulties you may experience. Simply send an email to email@example.com with a screen shot of the items you wish to purchase.
If an error message occurs at checkout, this may be due to a credit/debit card problem, or a defect with the shipping or billing address you are trying to use. To fix this error, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. If the error message keeps re-occurring, please email our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Did you receive the order I just placed?
After you place your order on peepingt.com, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once it has been processed. Once the item has been shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation and instructions on how to track your delivery. Please note that we process all orders within 24 hours, exceptions are made where orders are placed during the weekend or UK bank holiday period.
Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order within 2 hours of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We aim to process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our customer care team (within 2 hours or before 3pm) at email@example.com with your change/cancellation request details included in the email. This will minimise the processing delay with your order due to the changes.
How can I update my Delivery address?
Any changes to a delivery address must be made within 2 hours of an order being placed by emailing our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org Changes to your shipping address can only be made if your order has not been shipped.
How can I check the status of my order?
A confirmation email of your delivery tracking number will be emailed to you from email@example.com. You will be able to click on the tracking reference link to check delivery progression via the Royal Mail Track and Trace website. If you are having problems with your tracking number please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where is my order? I have not received it yet?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, this will contain details of your tracking number and method. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.
For UK orders, please allow two to three business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive unless goods are sent via express delivery.
For international orders, please allow 5-15 business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays and the delivery time frame excludes delays caused by international custom processes.
How do I return an item?
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return your order within 30 days from receipt of delivery. All UK customers are eligible for free returns. Customers outside of the UK at this time are responsible for the cost of returning their goods. To return an item simply complete the returns form here and we will provide you with your return instructions and Returns Authorisation (RA) number within 2 hours of your email. Please note we will not accept items returned without an RA number. Items returned without this number will be returned back to them.
Can I return a sale item?
Returns and exchanges are available on sale items. Please refer to our Returns Policy at our Customer Care page for further details.
Are there any items they cannot be returned?
Due to hygiene reasons the following lingerie items are not available for return or exchange:
Bikinis and swimsuits maybe returned as long as the protective hygiene strip remains attached and all price tags in tact. Any items which have been personalised are not subject to a refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns Policy at our Customer Care page for further details.
What if the item I am interested in is sold out in my size?
Our items can sell out within hours and we are not always able to restock them. However we are happy to approach the designer if there is a particular item your are interested in purchasing. Simply complete the Special Order Enquiry form here.
Do you have a size chart?
We have a size guide for you to follow, but if you have specific questions about an item that are not already mentioned within the product pages, please contact email@example.com.
Can I purchase your items in store?
PEEPINGT.COM is an online only boutique. We’ve taken the hassle out of 'shopping till you drop' so that you can shop from the comfort of your own home 24/7 and deliver right to your door at the click of a button.
