Our thoughts are with everyone in this tough and uncertain time. Here at Peeping-T we are continuing to work normal business hours, as our online store remains open. As we continue to take precautions, we have outlined below our measures to protect you and us. Our plan is as follows:
We've extended our returns policy: We have decided to extend our returns policy until the end of the year for purchases made between January 1st to March 30th. This will allow any purchases you have made for a vacation which has/may be postponed or cancelled, can be returned or exchanged until 31 December 2020 in accordance with our returns policy.
Free Collections - no drop offs: We've arranged for all UK domestic returns to be collected door to door so you don't have to venture out to drop off returns. Please note we are experiencing some issues with our normal international returns courier service and we will update you on how you can return your items to us shortly.
Live chat available for support: Our live chat is available, Monday to Sunday from 10am till 8pm. By all means, send us a message if you have a question, or if you just need a distraction, we are free to chat!
5% of profits to the vulnerable: We are big advocates in protecting women and children, especially as we are in self-isolation. Right now, billions of us have been instructed to #stayhome, however they will be countless people stuck at home in an unsafe environment, with little to no protection. Therefore, we will be donating 5% of our profits over the next three months to Women's Aid. They are seeking to raise £200,000 to support vulnerable families who need help and direct relief during this difficult time.
We will continue to keep an eye on the situation and make further adjustments to our action plan. As we continue to face uncertainty of the days, weeks and months ahead, just remember there is light at the end of this dark tunnel and supporting each other is important, now more than ever.
